Summary
The WCA strength and conditioning program is designed to give our students a competitive edge in sports and fitness. Whether you are a student athlete or someone training for recreational purposes, our program is designed to help build and tone muscle, increase speed and agility and greatly focuses on cultivating solid core body strength through a thoughtful exercise program and healthy eating habits. Our goal is to teach tools to help young people succeed with the gift God has given them.
Forms
Make sure to get all forms properly filled out as soon as possible. Any student who does not have all of their forms handed in to the office will not be able to participate.
