ALL NECESSARY FORMS FOR THE "NEW ENROLLMENT" PROCESS CAN BE FOUND ON THIS PAGE.
Current families have priority to classes during the re-enrollment period, which is during the month of February. New families are on a first come/first serve basis during the open enrollment period. The enrollment process for a student commences upon receipt of the application form and application fee in the WCA office.

There are three steps to the enrollment process at WCA.
1. Return the completed application form (including parent response and appropriate student response) and non-refundable application fee.
2. Admissions testing will be scheduled.
3. A family interview with students, parents and the admissions team will be scheduled.

Additional Fees
**The facility debt service charge on the Tuition Worksheet has been added because in 2009-2010, WCA will have increased debt service obligations for our building as we move from an interest only payment to a principal and interest payment. The facility charge will assist in meeting this additional financial obligation of the school. This charge will be applied on a per family basis rather than a per student basis. This fee is tax deductible and a donation receipt will be issued.
Between steps one and three, WCA will need to receive the following additional forms for the following grades.
