Current families have priority to classes during the re-enrollment period (ending March 12, 2010). New families are on a first come/first serve basis during the open enrollment period. The enrollment process for a student commences upon receipt of the application form and registration fee in the WCA office.
The following forms must be filled out and returned to the main office in order for your child to be re-enrolled:
Re-Enrollment Form
Emergency Medical Form
Re-Enrollment Tuition Fees and Tuition Worksheets
Health Appraisal Form *
*Only re-enrolling students going into preschool, kindergarten, or sixth grade need to fill out the Health Appraisal Form. This must be turned in to the office before the student begins school in fall.
