Tuition Discounts for K-12th grades

WCA offers automatic tuition reduction for the following few reasons (restrictions apply, contact admissions for more information):

• Multi-child enrollment
• Full-time Pastor or Ministry discount
• Parent employment at WCA

Need-Based Variable Tuition

We utilize FACTS to determine tuition based on need. An application for enrollment needs to be processed before you can apply for variable tuition. FACTS will process your information privately and securely and then make a recommendation as to family share of the tuition. Once that recommendation is received by the school, we will contact you to continue the process for final approval by the finance committee.

After enrollment and approval of variable tuition, the application must be updated and resubmitted each year of family enrollment.

Please note: Generally there is no financial aid provided for preschool. It is considered “child care” for tax purposes and is tax-deductible. If you have any questions about this policy or have unusual circumstances, please call the business office for more information.
