Ongoing Care Sign-Up:
The following form will:
- Save a Spot for your child for care on the days selected, on a recurring basis, for the entire school year unless a change is emailed to Jenna Cummings. You will not be required to fill out the weekly registration forms.
- All changes ( absences, changes in schedule, etc) need to be communicated to Jenna Cummings.
- If you do not show up for a day of care you have saved a spot for, you will be charged a $5 no-show fee.
