Our Child Care Hours are as follows:
- Before Care hours: 7:30 am until school starts.
- After Care hours: School end until 5:30 pm.
- After Care is for Preschool thru 6th Grade, 7-12th Graders will go to study hall.
To use our program, please complete these steps first:
- View our Child Care fees for the 2023-2024 School Year
- Complete this Registration Form, this is now required to use our program.
- Join WCA Before & After Care on Remind.
After completing the above steps, please see the following:
Save your spot in advance. This helps us anticipate & prepare for your children!
- If the days you need care change weekly, please save your spot by the weekly deadlines here.
- You will need to save your spot for the date you require care in advance, by the deadlines listed on the website.

*Preschoolers will be charged Before and Aftercare fees starting in the 2023-2024 school year.
