"Save a Spot" After the Deadline, Short Notice, & Emergency Care
Everyone has emergencies, and we are here for you! If you missed the deadline to save your spot for care. Please fill out the form below by 3:30pm on the day of care. Any submission received after 3:30pm will be assessed as "Failure to Save a Spot, Failure to Pickup Fee" as outlined in the Child Care Fees Document.
