 LAST CALL - YEARBOOK ORDERS

The deadline for purchasing your 23/24 yearbook has been extended for the last time! The new deadline will be April 16th. Please see your Weekly Update email for more details or you can email Mrs. Stewart at astewart@washtenaschristian.org.

COOKIES FOR SALE DURING LUNCH

Tuesday, April 16th we will have cookies available for purchase for $1 during all lunches.

ANNUAL ASSOCIATION MEETING

The Annual Association Meeting scheduled for this Tuesday, April 16th has been canceled for various reasons. We will reschedule and notify you with the new date soon! We appreciate your understanding.

LUNCH

Lunch orders for the week of 4/22-4/26, are due by 11 p.m. on Tuesday, 4/16. Please consider placing your lunch order for the rest of April and May if you are able. Please email Sarah Wilson swilson@washtenawchristian.org with any questions.

We wanted to make everyone aware of some important dates for the upcoming school year!

First Day of School: Monday, August 26

Christmas Break: December 23 - January 3

Spring Break: March 24 - 28

Last Day of School: Friday, June 6

 NWEA TESTING

Our biannual NWEA testing is coming up at the end of April. Students can expect to be testing during the weeks of April 22nd and April 29th.  Grades 1-6 will be taking the tests in their regular classrooms or homerooms, and please see your Weekly Update for the 7th -11th grade schedule. Please feel free to reach out to Ms. Hazey (dhazey@washtenawchristian.org) with any questions you may have.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT

THURSDAY COFFEE TRUCK

Tom’s Traveling Coffee Truck will be in the WCA parking lot every Thursday morning from 7:30am - 8:45am! 10% of the proceeds will go to our PTF.
 

DONUTS

Friday, 7:55 - 8:10am - Donuts will be available to purchase in the cafetorium for $1.50 each. Proceeds benefit our senior class!

PARENT PRAYER GROUP MEETING

Tuesdays, 8:30am, WCA Conference Room - Come join other WCA parents in prayer as we seek God together for all He will do in and through WCA! Join Prayer and Fellowship group on Remind with class code: @wcaprayer. You can email Jenn Osness, osness1@hotmail.com with any questions.

COLD/Wet WEATHER GEAR

Please remember to send your student(s) with appropriate recess gear everyday. Even if there is no snow, the temperatures may be low and the ground can get muddy! We also encourage you to send in a backup set of clothing for your student to keep in their locker in case they get wet/muddy at recess. Appropriate items may include boots, coat, hat, and mittens. Please label ALL items.
